Better baking day
After a couple of disastrous baking forays I backed up a bit and baked one I've done a lot. And it is better but still I missed the quantities by shorting a cup of flour. It made a really wet dough that I partially fixed while I was kneading it. Didn't fix it perfectly so the gluten didn't do all of its gluten thing. The crumb is, well, a bit crumbly. But the taste is, as always with this bread, wonderful.
