Cold rainy day --- good for cooking

I would have made some orange sticky buns but I forgot to buy the orange juice.

The grits are stone ground that I order from South Carolina and like no grits I've had elsewhere.  They are really to go with tomorrow's pan fried pork chops.  The chili and cornbread are for tonight.  I cook collards for Dana every couple or three weeks.  She loves them and it keeps her from trying to find vegetables for me to eat.
